Sheila C. Clarke, Associate

Sheila C. ClarkeSheila Clarke's practice is focused on civil litigation. Ms. Clarke's business and commercial practice concentrates on construction litigation, contract disputes, and title insurance claims defense. Ms. Clarke has experience in all phases of litigation, and obtains significant victories for her clients through sophisticated motion practice.

Ms. Clarke is a graduate of American University, Washington College of Law, where she was a senior member of the American University International Law Review, Second Line Editor of Oxford Law Reports, and Senior Editor of the Business Law Brief.  Her honors while in law school include the reference of her paper Joining the Effort to Protect the Cultural Heritage of the World in the Event of Armed Conflict: How the United States Can Implement the 1954 Hague Convention in the United States and the 1954 Hague Convention Forum on U.S. Domestic Compliance, and receiving the highest grade designation in Civil Trial Advocacy.

Ms. Clarke earned her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, majoring in Human and Organizational Development.
